The Story Behind the Store
My name is Rajesh Namdev, originally from Khajuraho, India — a city world-famous for its intricate stone craftsmanship and artistry. Jewelry has been part of my life since childhood, and after years of training in the Indian goldsmithing tradition, I moved to Belgium to build something of my own.
In Bruges, I found a city that shares my appreciation for craftsmanship, history and beauty. I opened Brugge Diamond Gallery at Geldmuntstraat 37 to bring together the best of both worlds: the warmth and detail of Indian jewelry design, and the precision of European diamond craftsmanship. Every piece in the store is something I would be proud to wear or give myself.
